If you’re a beginner when it comes to lifting weights, this upper body workout is perfect for building strength and toning up using your body weight!

Day 29: Upper Body
Equipment: Chair  and small dumbbells (or water bottles)
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for three rounds. Be sure to complete 30 seconds on each side for single-leg movements.

  • Pushups
  • Shoulder rotator
  • Tricep dips
